This is a healthy, no-bake snack that is both adorable and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • Bananas
  • Mini chocolate chips or small raisins
  • Clementine oranges or mandarins
  • Celery stick or green fruit leather

Instructions:

  1. For the Ghosts: Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Stand the banana halves upright on a plate.
  2. Have your kids gently press two mini chocolate chips or raisins into each banana for the “eyes” and another one for the “mouth.”
  3. For the Pumpkins: Peel the clementine oranges.
  4. Cut small pieces of celery stick or green fruit leather to resemble pumpkin stems.
  5. Have your kids carefully insert a “stem” into the top of each clementine.

Kid’s Corner:

  • Peeling & Slicing: Older kids can help peel and cut the bananas.
  • Decorating: Let them place the eyes and mouths on the banana ghosts.
  • Assembling: They can help peel the oranges and place the “stems” on the pumpkins.
